Short Fly Over feature holes youtu.be/8UuKYaI40mA
The Course and Club House are the result of a huge amount of work by dedicated members over 37 years, volunteers that meticulously planned and developed outstanding grass course features consisting of multi-level greens, 7 water hazards and 9 sand hazards that suit every standard of player. The Club hosts a beautiful 5747m, 18 hole, fully reticulated, grassed course consisting of Saltine greens with Couch fairways that has to be seen to be believed. The Par 72 course is set in an elevated location of the town site and is located in a picturesque setting encompassing views of the Indian Ocean and Chinaman’s Lookout near the mouth of the Murchison River to the West and the Weld Ranges to the East of the Kalbarri National Park; a Crown nature reserve that surrounds the Kalbarri town site on three sides.
Kalbarri was the first regional town to negotiate an agreement with the Water Authority of Western Australia to use the towns treated waste water for use in a fully reticulated golf course – a precedent which has since been followed by several other regional towns in W.A.
In addition to exceptional golfing facilities, Kalbarri is fortunate enough to be surrounded by a multitude of unique and diverse natural landscapes, ranging from ancient and rugged natural rock formations of the Inland Gorges to the spectacular views and scenery of the Coastal Cliffs. Kalbarri is situated at the mouth of the Murchison River entrance into the Indian Ocean approximately 1.5 hours’ drive north from Geraldton and 6.5 hours’ drive north from Perth.
The Kalbarri Golf Club invites you to share our treasure.
